Planning a bore through a crowded county

An underground bore in Orlando is designed before the rig arrives: deep enough to clear the OUC duct, the water main and the fiber already in the right-of-way, shallow enough to surface where the pipe must, curved to stay inside the easement, and at the cover the permit sets under the road or the canal.
